How to Enter: There are two ways to enter the Culver’s Summer of Smiles Sweepstakes 2023.

A. Make a Purchase (Enter Code):

1. Go to a participating Culver’s location and buy a Regular Value Basket or Medium Drink.
2. Find the game piece on the product, and it will have a unique code.
3. Visit https://www.culvers.com/summerofsmiles and complete the registration form with your valid home address (no P.O. Boxes allowed).
4. Enter Culver’s Summer of Smiles code from the game piece.
5. By doing this, you will get one entry into the Sweepstakes and one chance to play the Instant Win Game on that day.

B. Free Method of Entry:

1. Go to https://www.culvers.com/summerofsmiles.
2. Click on the “I don’t have a code” button and complete the registration form with your valid home address (no P.O. Boxes allowed).
3. Answer the provided survey questions.
4. This will give you one entry into the Sweepstakes and one chance to play the Instant Win Game on that day.

Entry Limit: You can enter or play once per day during the Promotion Period, no matter which method you choose. Trying to enter multiple times with different email addresses or using automated systems will disqualify you.

Who Can Participate? What Can You Win?

1. Sweepstakes Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive a $10,000 dollar cash prize in the form of a check and Culver’s for a Year, which includes 52 Regular Value Basket and Free Scoop ‘Be Our Guest’ vouchers. The total value is approximately $10,561.08.
2. Instant Win Game Prizes: There are multiple instant win prizes available:
   • 42 First Prizes: Culver’s for a Year, including 52 Regular Value Basket and Free Scoop ‘Be Our Guest’ vouchers. Each prize is worth around $561.08.
   • 250 Second Prizes: A $25.00 Culver’s gift card.
   • 500 Third Prizes: Two ‘Be Our Guest’ vouchers for a Medium Concrete Mixer (base flavor includes chocolate, vanilla, or flavor of the day and up to two toppings or mix-ins). Each coupon is worth approximately $9.00.

Claiming Your Prize: If you win a prize, you will be notified by email or phone. You’ll need to provide your information within five days to claim the prize. Prizes will be awarded within 8-10 weeks after the Promotion ends.
