  1. I have had a terrible experience with Kroger/Fry’s food stores in store and with customer service on the phone. I tried to use some gift cards that I had to purchase my groceries and was treated as if I had stolen them. I left the store to contact customer service about the gift cards and was told that the cards were too old and invalid. How can that be when gift cards do not have an expiration date?!?!? I was given these cards as gifts without purchase receipts and it is unknown to me when and where these cards were purchased. I will not be accepting any more gift cards that have Fry’s or Kroger store names and for that matter, I will not be shopping at Fry’s ever again. There are too many more options for grocers in my local area. I also will be sharing my horrible experience with friends and family members.

  2. You have built a very nice store in Teays Valley. I do have a safety suggestion that deserves consideration. The top shelves of the coolers along the walls are so high that after the items on the front are taken, I cannot reach next row. I often open the door to step on the lower shelf to reach the next row of the top shelf knowing that this is not safe. While shopping the same area of our Walmart store, I noticed they have a stepping rail in front of all the coolers along the walls. This really makes it handy and safer for all of us shorter people. Is this something you would consider doing in your stores. I spoke with one of the store managers (Eli). He was very nice, however I felt that this concern was stopping with him. Would you please reply. Thanks,

  3. I have been a loyal customer of your store here in Chesapeake VA both the Pharmacy & Store it self since you open replacing Farm Fresh. But since your foolish decision to opt out of accepting Express Scripts in your pharmacies, has resulted in forcing me to switch to one that accepts express scripts & transfer all my prescriptions. I’m Not alone in doing this while waiting to pick up one of my last prescriptions i heard the 2 people in front of me ask how to switch their prescriptions to their new pharmacy. You will lose more money with this very bad decision in this area, due to high level of Military Retiree’s who have both Medicare & Tricare for life both of which use express scripts.

  4. I shop Krogers every week for two years and then some. I have been trying to get sugar free pan cake syrup in the Kroger brand for weeks. I get coupons for it and now I can’t get it. The shelf is always empty. I have had to go to a name brand. Please try to correct this. Thank You Jean Beers

  5. I do not have a smart phone so cannot scan digital coupons at stores for discounts. I also received a mailing that had a place to scan for Bonus Fuel Points to “boost” my savings. .. how can I scan if I do not have a device to scan with? I am being penalized because I do not have one. I spend large sums of money at Kroger and this does not seem fair. How can I get my savings?

  6. I use Kroger pickup and receive a receipt via email. How do I complete the 50 fuel points customer satisfaction survey as there is no time stamp for when I picked up and no Entry ID on the receipt? Thanks.

  7. Customer service is very poor and getting worse.

Only 2 checkout lanes open on busy days while employees gather together and visit at self checkout lanes.

I am an 84 yr old senior who buys $100 or more everytime I enter Fry’s at 35th Ave & Peoria in Phx. AZ. Most of the time—–unless I ask—–the young baggers just wish me a good day and never offer me help out.

  8. I’ve spent nearly two hours on line trying to redeem rewards points and to get to your feedback web site. Your http://www.kroger.com/feedback web site will not respond and as a result I can’t give feedback there, so I’ll do it here. I’ve seen many people shopping your stores that don’t have smart phones and can’t get the digital coupons and this is not right. All discounts should be applied when checking out at the register. I use Kroger pharmacy and spend a lot of money in the grocery area and it should not be so much trouble to save. Someone in your upper management needs to start reading and listening to customers comments. Folks you’re going to loose business !!!!!!

  10. I have a terrible time doing the fuel point survey each week. It used to be easier, but things have changed for the worse. If you don’t want us to use the survey for 50 extra gas points then don’t have it listed on my receipt. What can you do to make this survey easier to obtain? Thank you.

  11. I lost over 300 fuel points, earned in January, because MY DILLON’S CARD WILL NOT SCAN AT THE FUEL PUMPS!! I buy groceries and prescriptions at Dillon’s because of the fuel points! When my card did not scan, I entered my phone number, as per the instructions on the pump. I got NO points applied to my purchase! Now it is March, and I stand to lose another 300 points from Feb. I am NOT a happy camper!! When I complained to an employee, she said her card would not scan, either! What is going on with your company?? Local Dillon’s also needs more riding carts. There are two ‘Senior Living’ Centers withing walking distance, not to mention how many of us who are still living in our homes, that NEED riding carts! I have difficulty walking, and CANNOT walk around to shop, so when there is not a rider, I go to Walmart!! This is happening more often, and now I am seeing faces I used to see at Dillon’s, also shopping in a riding cart at Walmart!! You people seem to be determined to drive away customers, especially the elderly! As I get more acquainted with Walmart’s lay-out, I will shop there, unless I get my fuel points, and find more riders than are there now. I prefer Dillon’s, but you seem to be determined to eliminate elderly customers, so have to go to Walmart to get my benefits!
