ABC The View Giveaway 2023 – ABC’s “The View” Mother’s Day Giveaway Sweepstakes is an annual event where viewers have the chance to win amazing prizes for their moms. This giveaway is a great opportunity to show your appreciation for your mom with some fantastic gifts. You can win the items from the “The View” Co-Hosts’ Favorite Things: Mother’s Day Edition!
ELIGIBILITY
ABC The View Mother’s Day Giveaway 2023 is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older at time of entry). Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Any individuals (including, but not limited to, employees) who have, within six (6) months prior to the start date of the Sweepstakes, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., as well as persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of The View television show, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step siblings, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) consecutive months a year, whether related or not.
HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes begins at 11:30 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 4, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

Visit The View’s official website (abcnews.com/theview) or visit https://woobox.com/ks4mwb, click on the “The View Co-Hosts Favorite Things Sweepstakes” image/post, and complete and submit an entry form requiring the following information: first and last name, contact phone number, a valid email address and date of birth.
Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day regardless of how many email addresses a person may have. Entrants who have won a prize from Sponsor in the last six (6) months are not eligible. Entrants consent to use of provided phone number and e-mail for potential winner notification.
If entrant chooses to enter using a mobile device, standard data rates may apply. Check your carrier for any applicable charges.
Sponsor can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your entry, including, but not limited to, the receipt of your Photo. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, the prize will be awarded to the owner of the email account associated with the entry. IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
On May 9, 2023, five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with Sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim the prize for any reason, then an alternate winner will be selected at random, time permitting.
The potential winners will be notified on or about 6:00 PM ET on May 9, 2023 via the contact phone number and/or email address provided in the entry form. Additionally, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, elect to announce the potential winner’s name on the air. Potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification attempt within seventy-two (72) hours in order to claim the prize. Potential winner must return any required documents from Sponsor (e.g., identity verification, affidavit of eligibility, prize release, publicity release, etc.) within the time period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to respond or return the required documents within the specified time, such potential winner will forfeit the prize.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
Final determination of the winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
